Inside Account Manager

The Inside Account Manager supports the sales team in the CEE region, ensures communication with customers and partners, actively participates in renewal processes, and maintains accurate information in the CRM. The role includes close collaboration with sales representatives in managing renewal activities.
- Support of Sales Activities: Participates in the process of selling the company’s products and services within the CEE region. Prepares price quotes, communicates with customers and partners, and assists account managers with preparing sales materials.
- Renewals Management: Ensures preparation and processing of parts of the renewal pipeline. Monitors upcoming license expirations and communicates with customers about renewal options. Closely collaborates with colleagues on coordinating and managing the renewal process.
- Partner Management: Supports the development of the partner network and maintains relationships with existing partners. Assists in identifying new partners, provides information about products, pricing, and promotional activities. Participates in partner marketing initiatives.
- Customer Communication: Provides consultations related to products, licensing, and technical questions. Responds to customer requests via email and phone and relays relevant feedback to internal teams.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Monitors product line updates, technology trends, and competitor activities. Shares acquired insights with the sales team.
- Reporting and CRM Administration: Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce (or another CRM). Prepares regular overviews of activities, results, and development of sales opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperates with marketing, technical support, finance, and other internal teams. Actively participates in team meetings and shares market findings.
- Experience in sales, customer support, or partner management
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone and email
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Strong planning, organizational, and task‑completion skills; attention to detail
- English at a communicative level, minimum B2
- Czech or Slovak at a communicative level
- Experience in the IT or SaaS segment
- Experience with renewals and licensing models
- Knowledge of channel sales
- Knowledge of Bulgarian or Polish
